Maximum Flasher (マキシマムフラッシャー) is an energy wave used by both Vegeta and Spike in their Super Saiyan and Ascended Super Saiyan forms. First, Vegeta or Spike draws their right hand back to their right side and charge a yellow energy sphere. Then, they brings their hand forward and fire the energy sphere in the form of an energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage.

Vegeta first used this attack in an attempt to destroy Super Perfect Cell. After Cell killed Future Trunks with a Full Power Death Beam, Vegeta, in a fit of rage over the death of his son, transformed into his Super Saiyan form and attacked Cell with the Maximum Flasher. Vegeta followed up by releasing a powerful barrage of energy blasts against the Android, creating a huge cloud of smoke. However, Cell emerged from the blast, completely unharmed, and knocked Vegeta down to the ground, nearly killing him. Much later his descendant Spike uses this attack for the first time as a kid in his Super Saiyan form during his battle against Obelisk inflicting a great amount of damage.
Maximum Flasher was named in the Budokai Tenkaichi series and is one of Vegeta (Mid)'s Blast 2 attacks in his Super Saiyan form. It also appeared in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast, but its color has been changed to white. The attack later returns in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2, in which Vegeta can also use it in his Ascended Super Saiyan form as well as his Super Saiyan form.
